Function 3.0 LTD
Effective Date: 15th June 2026
1. Membership Eligibility
All members must be at least 16 years old. Individuals under 18 require written parental/guardian consent and may be subject to restrictions.
Memberships are personal, non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Membership Fees & Payments
Membership fees must be paid in accordance with your chosen plan.
Function 3.0 LTD reserves the right to review and amend membership fees, providing members with 30 days’ written notice.
Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership.
3. Use of Facilities
Members must comply with all safety guidelines and instructions issued by staff.
Appropriate clothing and footwear must be worn at all times.
Equipment must be wiped down after use and returned to its proper location.
Lockers are provided, but Function 3.0 LTD accepts no responsibility for personal belongings.
4. Health & Safety
Members should seek medical advice before undertaking any physical activity.
By using our facilities, you confirm you are in good health and capable of participating in physical exercise.
Any injuries, incidents or accidents must be reported to staff immediately.
No alcohol, illegal drugs, or banned substances are permitted on the premises.
5. Code of Conduct
All members are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other users.
Abusive, aggressive, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in immediate termination of membership.
Misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety procedures may lead to suspension or expulsion.
6. Cancellation & Termination
Members may cancel their membership in accordance with their membership agreement terms, typically requiring one calendar month’s written notice.
Function 3.0 LTD reserves the right to terminate a membership for breach of these Terms or for behaviour considered detrimental to the wellbeing of other members or staff.
7. Liability
Members acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks.
Function 3.0 LTD , its directors, staff and agents accept no liability for personal injury, illness, damage or loss of property, unless caused by our negligence.
8. Data Protection
Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9. Amendments
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or notice within the premises.
